A free 15-minute call about what you need and whether we're a fit. Call us or ask us to call you.
Step 2
Join.
Pay monthly ($120) or yearly ($1,368, 5% off). Our first 100 members pay $100 a month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Unused prepaid months are refunded.
Step 3
Meet your doctor in November 2026.
A long first visit and a full annual physical are included.

Meet Dr. Witt
Kyle Witt, MD, grew up in Tucson and trained in internal medicine at the University of Arizona. He has spent his career in hospital medicine. He opened Rincon Valley Medicine so his neighbors can have a doctor who knows them, answers their messages and has time for their questions.
Kyle Witt, MD, is a physician licensed by the Arizona Medical Board and board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Questions people ask first
Is this health insurance?
No. Membership covers primary care from us, under Arizona's direct primary care law. Keep health insurance for hospital stays, specialists, imaging, emergencies and prescriptions. A high-deductible plan pairs well with membership.
Do you take Medicare?
Not yet. We're opening first for adults who aren't on Medicare. Our Medicare membership is planned for summer 2027 and will work alongside Original Medicare. Join the Medicare list and we'll contact you before it opens.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with 30 days' written notice. Unused prepaid months are refunded. Arizona law requires this and we'd do it anyway.
How fast can I be seen?
Same or next day on clinic days. On alternate weeks, appointments are in the evening. We publish the clinic calendar three months ahead.
What if I need a specialist or the hospital?
We refer you, send your records and talk with the specialist. Your insurance pays for the specialist as it always has. If you're in an HMO, check that your plan allows referrals from a doctor outside its network. If you're hospitalized, Dr. Witt talks with your hospital team, explains the plan to you, and sees you within days of discharge.
